I can race at anytime after 1:00PM Eastern Time United States.
Any time after that is fine with me.

The tourney starts on the 14th. I don´t think we can race on Friday the 13th since there is no Request a Referee section on the 13th. It would have to be from the 14th to 20th of this month.
By the way I am sorta confused as to exactly how the time works on this website. When it says 17:00-17:59, exactly what time would that be in standard time?
