With the recent release of the Tales of Innocence patch, I decided to make a list of all the noteworthy English Tranlation patches for some games that never quite made it stateside. Mainly to remind some of us "Oh yeah, that did get translated, didn't it..." The list includes the few Nintendo DS games that managed to receive a complete or near-complete translation. So here's what I've found so far:
Another honorable mention, Mother 3 for GameBoy Advance, not entirely unrelated to Nintendo DS.
Regarding Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary, the game has seen a re-release on many occasions. We've seen versions 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. V1.2 apparently never made it to the Scene, and V1.3 was made after Puyo Puyo 7 came out so its not clear the patch will work for it. Just patch V1.1 to avoid any confusions.
Finally, anyone with any information on near-complete or completed translations, please share them. I mean this can't be all of them, can it? Try not to include those weak translation projects that failed before they began or pointless Menu-only Translations.
The only difference between the 2 versions seems to be that one has the koma graphics translated and, the other, doesn't (in case you prefer the original look).
EDIT Nice topic.

I think the second one, the one on filetrip is probably good too

so here's what I got me: a mario kart red DS phat, EZ-flash (who knows what firmware, I update when I want a newer game, haven't had time in a while), some badass earbuds that make the bass louder, and a 2gb microSD
The 1st Love Plus patch is final and 100%, the 2nd Season patch is 80%, an updated patch should be available quite soon.
Thanks.
I'll update Love Plus in there if its 100% later (My internet is too slow for un-cached browsing right now). I won't add the 80% game though.
The reason being, "Noteworthy" in the title is meant for big-named games that never made it to the states. Another reason is because its 80%. I only bother adding to the list games that are finished, or near-finished, and 80% on a text-based game just doesn't make the cut.
I know it sounds a lil' biased to exclude it, but I just don't think people will be missing much if I choose not to add it. Call it my man and/or woman intuition.
