Can the DS roms be emulated on a Droid X? Does a source exist for Android game roms? Free ones of course. Thanks.

Not that I know of, and if there were a source to find Android game roms, it wouldn't be allowed to be posted on here due to that no-warez-policy.

Just get some stuff from the Android Marketplace (quite a lot of it is for free anyway) and you'll be just fine.
