Have you actually turned off your 3DS yet? (Like, completely off, not just Sleep Mode.)

| yes and it don't work yesterday i called nintendo they say ''we are busy with the eShop so it is possible that it won't work if you still get this on friday you need to call again'' i also asked if i formated my 3DS that i still get my 20 free games but i still get those games no matter what @Desert Rose like a care about what you have to say no one does
