hay guys,
Fanofgames546 here
and i have a bit of a problem,
nintendo uk says that you can link your club nintendo account with your eshop for goddies and benfits etc.

i have  my uk club nintendo account,
but my nintendo 3ds is set to my country's region and when i switch to uk to get my club account to work when i log in to eshop, it says something about privacy statement and such, but my country doesn't support club nintendo account.

what do i do? and will i risk losing anything?

You need to change your 3DS region to UK if your Club Nintendo account is at Nintendo UK.

This is a common problem for people from smaller countries, don't worry.

ah, okay, but i don't lose anything, or my balance money?
what about my downloaded titles? will they work fine?
because when i change my region and sign in to eshop, it's says about some statement and such.

I don't know that. I only have two DSis and changed my country right at the beginning because there is no Club Nintendo in Switzerland.
