Few Features I can describe from the trailer:

3 New Episode of Success Mode
New Board Game Style Success Mode (kinda like the one on Pop'n music Portable)
Pennant Mode
Simulation Mode (dunno what to call this one), allows you to live the life of Baseball player in Japan, including having fan, marrying, having kids, and live prosper.
Infrastructure Mode for both PSP and PS3 (single system only)

yeah I really excited with this game, the first HD in the series, makes me really want to get PS3 and Import this game.
the psp is great too, just like the old Pawapuro, although it's less fun than Professional Baseball Spirits 2011.

Looks awesome! but it probably won't be released outside of Japan.

America only had like 1 or 2 Power Pro games didn't they?

Afaik 3 games, 2 for PS2 and Wii, and 1 for DS
the PS2 and Wii got all the American rooster, and Success mode, but the DS only have the standard Match, it's not worth it.
And sadly yes, it won't release outside Japan, unless they create the MLB version (which they have done about 3/4 times I guess)
