Sorry, missed that part. Knights in the Nightmare could be what you're looking for, then, but you can actually move the characters, it just isn't as straightforward as pressing a button.
Makes me wonder whenever Sting will release part III in the Dept. Heaven series. At this point it seems like they've just given up on it.
