Actually I wanted to make a front page news posting about this. But it's not not really our topic here, that's the sad thing.

What I like about this is the "branding" of this Retrode. This guy is a scientist, but he made a piece of art out of this product that is actually a dumping tool for retro carts.

I wish we had such a cool branding for our hardware, too. Retrode, Atmel microcontroller, and so fourth. But all we got was R4, spam and thousands of retards. Bad karma, obviously.

We got Athmel the Micromanager. That's pretty close, no?

Yes, that's true. But I wish someone like this guy could make me at least a cool casing and sticker for my flash cart.

Maybe we have to wait some years now, and then we'll get some cool stuff, too.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but some of you guys're in touch with the R4 guys, right? Why not ask them for a special DS-Scene edition or such?

We've seen several flash carts with different stickers now. lol. That's a nice idea, but I think it's not cool enough. It would be still cheap crap, just with a cool sticker. Better than nothing, but still not cool enough.

Maybe I'm expecting too much. I have everything, and right now everything works. But I miss a bit of this "magic" these weird Cyclops guys obviously gave to their even weirder custumers, for example.

If there would be a DS Scene flash cart, that would need to be the very best flash cart of the world. And right now we have several flash carts that work somehow, but none of them is the best one. Maybe that needs some time.
