Hey! I realized that nobody posted about it here so i though to open a Topic about it.

There is a Metroid 2 Remake Project for the Computer called "Another Metroid 2 Remake" (short AM2R).
The creator of this Project is DoctorM64 and he creates everything in this remake even the soundtracks which are awesome. The game is basically Metroid 2 with revamped music revamped graphics (zero mission style) revamped enemies (alpha metroids are pretty tough now) and many new features like the Armor system of Super Metroid, Mission Log for better understanding of the Story and the Original Spider-ball. It also includes Items that weren't in the Original game like gravity suite or Super Missiles.

The game is free2play so you can download it from the official Site but its still in development. Luckily there is a tech demo and a early demo that contains 20 minutes of the Original game. and i a have to say im impressed by the work DoctorM64 has made.
