Is there a way to to play dsiware games on a normal DS with flashcard?

No there is no way and there won't ever be a way to play DSiWare on a DS. DSi hacking has stopped ages ago when the 3DS got released.

  So far as I know there is no way to even play DSIware games on a DSI flashcart.  At least I have not found anyplace where the rom's are available.
