supercard dstwo seems to be the best flashcart at the moment, but it's the price of a single new DS game.
...keep in mind that it'll provide you with the capacity to play all the DS games ever released and with its extra CPU it'll provide you with the best emulators and homebrew available for the platform so it's well-worth the price.
