I don't have my 3DS right by me, but I've gotten a SS on just about every song on Basic, Expert, and Ultimate. I put over 20 hours in play in in the first three days, unlocked everything up to 51000 rhythmia so far.
mine was at expert ultimate is to difficult for me

It just takes practice. When I unlocked my first Ultimate score, I tried it and lost in about fifteen seconds. If you play a ton of Dark Notes in the chaos shrine, as your characters get better they get harder, and you'll eventually reach ultimate level speed.
