Which processor for server?

Hey guys, I am planing to buy me a second server (Dedicated), I have 2 servers to choose from (Same price), they differ in the processor each has:
First server:
8 GBs of RAM.
AMD Photon II (2.7 GHz (With Turbo to 3.1 GHz) / 6 cores)
Second server:
8 GBs of RAM.
AMD Photon II (3.4 GHz (Without Turbo feature) / 4 cores)
So, should I choose cores over frequency? Or the other high frequency (3.4 GHz) server?
I am going to run many softwares on it including: httpd (Apache)، FTP, and other softwares (Like game servers).
So which server should I buy? And is the AMD Photon II good for servers?

| Hmmm... I also thought about that at the beginning. But then noticed that they both have the same graphics...
