Yeah, unfortunatelly that other flashcard won't do for now.
For NDS backups I personally recommend DSTwo, You will be able to play SNES backups that way too.
I believe CycloEvo (or something) can do that too, but with more functions comes bigger price.
As I recall, DSTwo has its own natural emulator of SNES and GBA onboard or downloadable from official page.
