Is about the next update of Gateway-3ds (http://www.gateway-3ds.com/) anyone could tell me if these any updates will meke the gateway-3ds works in 3DS Ver.6.3.0-12U,  =D

No. You will need version 4.1.x - 4.5.x for it to work.
