Hello. I just got a R4i 3DS Deluxe. Now, I downloaded the most recent Wood kernel (1.64) and latest firmware (3.3b). Loaded the Wood kernel on the micro SD card (32GB class 10) as instructed and created a folder (games) for a test NDS game.

However, I start the 3DS then I tap on the icon but only get a white screen then a black screen. Nothing loads. My 3DS XL is on firmware 7.1.0-14u. I understand I cannot play 3DS games on this firmware (yet). But I'm hoping to at least play NDS roms using the blue card.

Your assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I just tested this with my own card and I see that it doesn't work. I tried some updates from the official website but none of them seem to work. I think they don't support that card because you need it to prepare your 3DS to play 3DS games, which is only possible on 4.1-4.5. I think they thought something like "Well, if they are only using it to prepare the 3DS on 4.1-4.5 then why don't we give them old unupdatable cards?".
