They're DSi Only games, which means they can't work on a regular DS and will therefore never be able to work on a DS flashcart either.

The release of DSi flashcards is a dream never to come true. I expect those games to work on the future 3DS cards though, IF anyone will bother making any instead of softmodding the console.
