Occasionally Nintendo will release updates to the existing Nintendo DSi Menu, or enhancements to other system features. This page lists many of those updates, with a brief description of their benefits, and when the updates were made available. Of course when you download the latest Nintendo DSi Menu Update, you get all of the previous menu enhancements included. Enhancements to specific features may require you to re-download that feature again to access the updated version.

The R4iDSN team has already issued an update for their card to work on the new firmware. The CycloDS iEvolution, the Action Replay DSi and the SudokuHax exploit still work.
It is expected that this update will allow the transfer of your DSiWare to the 3DS.
Transfer of SudokuHax... Possible, or just dreaming?
It's not going to transfer data from one console to the other, it'll send a list of titles that you have bought from the DSiWare store so that the 3DS can re-download them, at least as far as I remember.

So, no chance then. As Nintendo's 'fix' of SudokuHax was to simply remove it from the store.
I've read that a dozen times now, but that can't really be.
Hey, we're talking about Nintendo. There needs to be a chance to transfer at least the savefiles (not talking about SudokuHax, but DSiWare in general).
