Occasionally Nintendo will release updates to the existing Nintendo DSi Menu, or enhancements to other system features. This page lists many of those updates, with a brief description of their benefits, and when the updates were made available. Of course when you download the latest Nintendo DSi Menu Update, you get all of the previous menu enhancements included. Enhancements to specific features may require you to re-download that feature again to access the updated version.

Nintendo DSi Menu Ver 1.4.3U
This update provides behind-the-scenes improvements to system performance.
The R4iDSN team has already prepared a video of their their card working on the new Nintendo DSi Firmware 1.4.3. Team Supercard already released a patch for DSTwo.
DSTwo. You only need to copy and replace system11.dat and system1.dat. I don't know why they made a complete package out of this. You just need to replace this two files on your mSD card, and you're done.
R4iDSN 3D. I had three game icons on three different R4iDSN 3D that worked on 1.4.2: Miami Nights, Spongebob and Chessmaster. Spongebob is still working, the older two are not working anymore. So if you have Spongebob, you can update your DSi obviously. If not, you should get Spongebob first.

They're releasing different updates for DSi and 3DS now (cross-updates), and the flashcard teams need to make fast updates for them. A normal user won't understand why Chessmaster is still working on DS Phat and 3DS, but not on his DSi. It's simply getting too complicated for Noobs.
