devkitARM has been updated to release 34 (quite some time ago).
WinterMute
The binaries for devkitARM release 34 are now available. As usual the windows binary is available through the Automated Installer/Updater, for other platforms check the devkitARM getting started page on the wiki.
gcc updated to 4.6.1.
-flto now works as expected on windows binaries.
With thanks to z_g for reporting the -flto problem with release 33
Those are the tools and programming language to develop homebrew apps and games. So if you use them, this version fix bugs and improves performance so you get better hombrews
So is this an entire dev environment, or is it a library I got to link to from my own IDE? That "gcc updated to 4.6.1." is confusing. Also, do you guys test homebrew in an emulator, or on cards?
