Stage 45:
Roll the cookie all the way to the left when he is falling down(On the right side) and then go to the left opening. Wait till the Hitler robot falls on it, then immediately when he turns right, push the block. Then the guy should be on the spikes. Wait till Hitlerot walks right, then is in the middle of going left, jump on him then do a double-jump into the door.
Stage 46:
Do the cookie bouncing part. Then, when you see a bullet fly:

Then hop down and hold right. You should be able to land one one of the remaining Hitlerots and do a double-jump onto a blue, going left --> right and repeat.
