MoonShell Ver 2.10 for child zwai Update Package 2012/05/04
Moonlight released an update package for MoonShell Ver 2.10 for child zwai. The option to switch which screen the video and player controls are displayed on has been added to moonshl2_DPGOption.ini and a bug was fixed where a DPG could hang during playback near the end of the file. Screens below use an old modified Sakura skin which you can download here

Sorry I haven't used MoonShell since 2009 and have no experience with converting Youtube clips to DPG. Your problem sounds like it comes from an issue with the dpg converter software and not MoonShell so this update won't help you there.

I recently installed Moonshell 2 on my CycloDS and i'm pretty disappointed. It looks nicer, but it's so slow. Spends like five seconds to load one song. Blegh.
