Download easy patch tool らくらくパッチ Ver.0.1b from Nagoaka Station

open your nds file with this tool, paste the code below and hit patch:

001BD834 EA → EB

Haven't tested it myself, just saw it on 2chan earlier along with a bunch of other cheat codes.
