according to an article i read online and can't find now, it looks at each half of the picture, determines the most prevalent color for each and using some equation makes your monster based on that. so your green dragon will make the same monster as your green sofa (I'm sure its more complicated than that).

when this game was announced, i was a little worried i would have to import the game because of the whole DSi games don't work yet on flashcarts thing. i am happy to say that with a gimmick that feeble and a trailer this boring, uninspired and stiff, i will not have to go through that trouble.
