SAKi Lovre has updated their R4 theme creator to the final version, and has added Chinese language support.

I'm pretty sure it does. M3DSS and R4 are really the same thing, just manufactured with a different name. The only real difference between the two is how they built their flashcarts. Like R4 firmwares weren't originally supposed to work on an M3DSS.
Great software. But the downside is that it doesn't come with any tutorial. It took me a while to figure out what's going on in the program to make my first theme.
