how to apply patch:
download xDelta: http://www.romhacking.net/utils/598/ (easier GUI)
on the Patch box fill it with /your extracted dir/toi.dat
on the Source File box fill it with /your rom dir/mg-toinn.nds (or whatever the nds file name is)
on the Output File box fill it with the place you want the patched rom at

click patch

there you rom should be already ready to be played with english patch
