Lordus has released an updated version of the Sega Megadrive/Genesis emulator jEnesisDS. Not much is new in this version but there is apparently a considerable increase in sound and speed.

I would like much that he fix these strangers cuts and loads randoms with any rom, the scaled might be another thing for that I wait very anxiously.

Next  to Lameboy, this is the best emulator for the DS. I wish that it could be scaled to fit the DS screen.

I agree, as far as 16 bit gaming goes, this genesis emulator plays games much better than snesmulds does for SNES games

ApprenticeMinusDS has much better save support than jEnesisDS. It has support for normal SMS battery saves, and you have 10 savestates per game (bring up savestate menu by pressing L+R), which actually work. In jEnesisDS savestates don't really work that reliably yet.

That's probably because they're trying to sacrifice features for gameplay at this point. Every feature requires a portion of system resources and as we all know sms will require less than smd.
