While browsing the net in the hope i might find some new obscure homebrew games, i stumbled across a Japanese site by MeRAMAN, which has a few brews that must have gone unnoticed by most people in the scene. This one was released back in April as far as i can tell. It's just a ridiculous game where you can press the buttons to change the characters expressions, move them up and down, or throw onions.

On further inspection i found out it seems to be a piss take on the Loituma video below, which had like 4 million views on youtube.
