Ni no Kuni is 22GB's. They're going to stream stuff like that?
The game will be "played" on an external "super-server" which will receive gamepad input information and send back sound and video in response - it doesn't matter how big the game is or for what system it was originally developed for.
Gaikai used to be an OnLive-like service which Sony bought recently. Their technology now powers instant game streaming from PSN Servers as well as streaming content from your own PS4, in which case the system itself becomes a server.
