In wii, this game sucks because of the framerate -> only. I played already in Nintendo DS ...and i must say its very cool for DS. Maybe more than Mario Kart..its faster.

I posted the same fix as the US version but for the EUR version on filetrip.net and it work fine on M3DS-Real. The clean rom work properly on CycloDS Evolution with the 1.57 stable Firmware.

No it doesnt work on the R4 or DSTT, the only cards that it works on without the need of the arm7 fix are the CycloDS and SCDS1, and probably the G6Real.
And the forgotten Acekard RPG, thanks to gelu and yellow.wood.goblin and their excellent firmware. Estpolis and Utacchi also seem to work perfectly.
