I watched the anime based off of this. I'm pretty sure this game will be based off making fun of regular dating sims and all that (the anime itself is basically one big comedy fueled on references and standard Japanese humor. And a bit of fanservice), but I wouldn't know cuz' I can't read Japanese.

Or could have something to do with a Japanese myth that drinking milk makes your breast grow, and Kurimu is upset that she has no chest.
