Yes, indeed. They have even taken off the information of game being released outside Japan from Wikipedia... I really like Inazuma Eleven but the furigana is way too small for me so the attempt of playing it in Japanese was futile. I was really excited when I heard it will be released in Europe but it looks like plans have changed... Oh well, there will be a branch in USA for Level-5 so maybe they will bring it over someday... We can only hope.

How to play "Inazuma Eleven 3: Sekai e no Chousen!! Bomber" on your DSTT and R4
1. Download Patch.rarand get a Patch.exe file from the RAR archive.
2. Drag your ROM and drop it onto the Patch.exe. That's all.
Note: This path is not only for "Inazuma Eleven 3: Sekai e no Chousen!! Bomber". It's one of game to be patched by Universal Child's Play Patch. The file having the ".bak" extension is the backup copy of the original nds file.
For DSTT users!
If you use a DSTT, you can run the game by getting infolib.dat and extinfo.dat from the latest kernel below, and copying them to your TTMENU folder. In this case, you must not patch the ROM file by using Patch.exe. If you use a legacy R4, you may want to use YSMEMU with those files.
Is there anyway we could request a fan translation of this game? It looks amazing but I can't read the crazy moon language. I imagine since this is an rpg of sorts the story is important. Anyone know anything about that?
