Wow, I dunno. I usually check on http://www.r4ds.cn/ and it still lists 1.18. I have heard nothing official. I'll download the English 1.19 and look at the files, but I doubt I'll try it until I hear it's legit.

Edit:
Directory structure looks similar as do the filenames, but there's a new folder called R4Menu, apparently by Yasu. I have no clue. Edit 2: It's fake. It's just another hex edited bullshit firmware with YsMenu built-in. :(

Some games can't play on V1.18 , can they play on V1.19?
If so , i will update my 1.18 to 1.19.
i just want to play the latest games.

You only need to arm7 patch those games that don't work on 1.18. This 1.19 is fake. it's just a poorly hacked up version of YSMenu. I wouldn't trust it on my R4.

Here's a simple HOW-TO for arm7 patching: HOWTO: Patch arm7.bin. .

I can also provide info for installing YSMenu for R4, but you might as well just patch the arm7s since this fake 1.19 release will probably piss Yasu (Creator of YSMenu) off to the point that he will stop development. And you'll just be right back to square-1 having to arm7 patch games on a, for the most part, dead card.

Yeah, it's right here on the front page. But of course you can download it from some shady Chinese flashcart store as well, if you like.
